Pick One ... Eat One

These Bear Lake raspberries were delicious!  Even Blake got into the action.  We lucked into choosing the prime picking day for raspberries and came home with two cases.

We ate them for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the next week.  Nothing like fresh ripe raspberries and milk...or sometimes cream.

Remembering...

We remember Grandpa Wayne when...
We drive into the Bear Lake Marina...
We ride the tube behind Grandpa Wayne's boat...
We go swimming to earn our lunch...

We are allowed to honk the horn on Grandpa Wayne's boat...
We are playing at the cabin...
We are relaxing at the cabin Grandpa Wayne built ...
We are together as a family.  We love and miss you Grandpa Wayne!

Summer Camp with Aunt Becky

There are many reasons why I love when my sister, Becky, comes to visit.  She raised two boys and has great parenting advice to keep me sane.  Her week long visit should be called Summer Camp with Aunt Becky.  She pulls surprises out left and right for my boys.  One night it was a head lamp so they could make animal shadows on the ceiling.  Another day it was a plastic wiener dog that cuts your hot dog into bites.  So random and they LOVE IT!  We always do the zoo when she comes and take lots of pictures.
Polar Bear kept Louie mesmerized as he kept jumping off the ledge to swim belly up across the water.
Still loves Elephants!

Louie imitating the croc behind him!
Perfect ending to a hot day at the zoo!

Summer Rain

READY, SET, GO!
Love their reflection in the puddle just prior to pouncing!
What would we do without this truck?  It goes everywhere... the park, the sandbox, the beach and now the rain puddles.

Water and boys... always a winning combination!

Kaysville 4th of July Parade

Grandma Marcy, Louie, Julianna and Blake
It was so HOT!  The boys didn't care and were right out there clapping, dancing and RUNNING for candy and beads as the floats came by!
Otter pops, Diet Coke and popping an occasional candy in our mouths kept us going.
Happy Birthday America!
